These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with RCKitout Ltd. Please read them before ordering.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch it. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or we cannot deliver to your address — and will refund any payment taken.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We take payment when you place your order. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatching, and you may cancel.

4. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, but images are illustrative and manufacturers change specifications without notice. Colours can vary between screens. If fitment matters, contact us before ordering.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and cancellation

Returns are covered by our Refund policy. Under UK consumer law you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery; we offer 30 days in addition to that right.

7. Use of the site

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Site content, including text and images, remains the property of its respective owners.

8. Liability

Radio-controlled models are not toys and must be assembled, charged and operated responsibly. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, incorrect assembly, or improper charging or storage of batteries. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
