Ordering

Is everything on the site in stock?
Stock levels shown are live. If an item shows as available, we have it.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Email support@rcshopper.com as soon as you can. If it hasn't been dispatched we can usually change or cancel it.

Do you take orders over the phone?
No — orders go through the website so everything is tracked against your account and stock stays accurate.

Delivery

How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £4.45 for small items and £7.95 for parcels, free on orders over £100. International rates depend on weight and destination. See Shipping.

When will my order be sent?
Orders are dispatched during opening hours, Tuesday to Friday. Weekend orders go out the next working day.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — across Europe and to a number of countries worldwide. Rates are shown at checkout.

Returns

How long do I have to return something?
30 days from delivery. See Returns.

Can I return a part I've already fitted?
Not unless it's faulty. Parts that have been run, cut, soldered or painted can't be resold.

Parts and fitment

Will this part fit my car?
If you're not sure, email us with your chassis and what you're trying to do. It's a quicker route to the right part than guessing.

Do you stock spares for older chassis?
Often, yes — a lot of what we carry is option and spare parts rather than complete kits. Search by part number if you have one.
