Dispatch
Orders are picked and dispatched during opening hours (Tuesday to Friday, 10:00–17:00). Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
Customs and import charges
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are payable by you — they aren't included in the price you pay us.
