Shipping

We ship from Hertford, United Kingdom, worldwide.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact options and prices available to you are shown before you pay, once you have entered your address.

Customs and import charges

Orders outside the UK may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are payable by you — they are not included in the price you pay us.

Problems with a delivery

If your order has not arrived when you expected it, or turns up damaged, email support@rcshopper.com with your order number and we will chase it.
