Orders are shipped from Hertford, United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated from the total weight of your order and shown at checkout once you've entered your delivery address.

United Kingdom

• Large Letter (under 2.5cm thick, up to 499g) — £4.45
• Parcel (over 2.5cm thick, or 500g and above) — £7.95
• Orders of £100 or more — free

Europe

• Under 500g — £11.95
• 500g to 2kg — £21.95
• Over 2kg — £69.95

Rest of world

• Under 500g — £15.95
• 500g to 2kg — £29.95
• Over 2kg — £79.95

Dispatch times

Orders are picked and dispatched during opening hours, Tuesday to Friday, 10:00–17:00. Orders placed outside those hours are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier. Estimates given at checkout are not guarantees, and delays outside our control can occur.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price paid to us.

Lost or damaged deliveries

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable period, or arrives damaged, contact support@rcshopper.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
